1)Chemical way:
Use pickling paste or spray to help passivate the rusted parts of the stainless steel coil from above to cause a chromium oxide film to repair and prevent corrosion from above. Proper cleaning with water is very important after acid treatment to remove all contaminants and acid residues. After all processing, use polishing equipment to polish from the top, and use polishing wax to close it. For local minor rust spots, you can also use a 1:1 mixture of gasoline and engine oil to wipe off the rust spots with a clean rag.
2)Mechanical equipment:
Sandblasting, blasting, annihilation, cleaning, and polishing with glass or porcelain particles. It is possible to use mechanical equipment to wipe off the raw and auxiliary materials that have been removed in the past, polish materials or annihilate the pollution caused by raw and auxiliary materials. All differential contamination, especially foreign iron particles, can turn into a source of corrosion, especially in humid environments. Therefore, the surface of mechanical equipment should be roughened regularly in a dry state as much as possible.
The use of mechanical methods can only roughen the surface of stainless steel coils, but cannot adjust the corrosion resistance of the raw and auxiliary materials themselves. Therefore, it is recommended to use polishing equipment to polish from the top after mechanical cleaning, and then use polishing wax to close.
There are two types of coils, and according to the difference between raw and auxiliary materials, it can also be divided into stainless steel coils of austenite, ferrite, martensite, and duplex. Like other types of stainless steel, stainless steel coils have strong anti-corrosion and rust resistance.
Their excellent quality makes them an important industrial raw material and building material.
3)Precautions:
Stainless steel in the home can be cleaned with rust removal cream. However, the rust removal paste is corrosive to a certain extent, must wear gloves. Disposable gloves or cotton gloves are fine.
When using a scouring pad, it should be cleaned along the lines of the steel pipe, otherwise there will be inconsistent lines after inspection.
