There are two reasons to affect the hardness of stainless steel tubes.

One is steel strip annealing treatment.

The other is the carbon content of stainless steel tubes.

1)For the first reason, the annealing treatment of the steel strip is directly related to the hardness of the stainless steel pipe. Whether it is 201 or 304 stainless steel pipe, each country has corresponding standards for its hardness.

2)For the second reason, the main function of carbon in stainless steel pipe is to increase the hardness of the pipe. However, the more carbon it contains, the greater the hardness will be, on the contrary, the easier it is to rust.
