、Ultrasonic polishing: Put the steel plate into the abrasive suspension and combine them in the ultrasonic field. Polishing the surface of the workpieces relies on the oscillation of ultrasonic waves. It should be noted that the ultrasonic polishing process has a small macroscopic force and will not cause deformation of the steel plate, but it is difficult to install. Ultrasonic machining can be combined with chemical or electrochemical methods. Based on solution corrosion and electrolysis, ultrasonic vibration is applied to stir the solution, so that the dissolved products on the surface of the stainless steel plate are separated, and the corrosion or electrolyte near the surface is uniform; the cavitation effect of ultrasonic waves in the liquid can also inhibit the corrosion process and facilitate surface brightening.

、Mechanical polishing: It is a polishing method that removes the polished convex part by plastic deformation of surface cutting materials.

、Magnetic grinding and polishing: It uses magnetic abrasives to form abrasive brushes under the action of a magnetic field to grind the workpiece. This method has high processing efficiency, good quality, easy control of processing conditions, and good working conditions.

、Chemical polishing: It is to make the microscopic protruding part of the surface of the stainless steel plate in the chemical medium preferentially dissolve compared with the concave part, so obtains a smooth surface. The main advantage of this method is that it can polish workpieces with complex shapes but doesn’t require complex equipment, and also can polish with high efficiency for many workpieces at the same time.

、Fluid polishing: It relies on the high-speed flowing liquid and the abrasive particles carried to scour the surface of the workpieces. Abrasive jet processing, liquid jet processing, and hydrodynamic grinding are common fluid polishing methods.

、Electrolytic polishing: It makes the surface smooth by selectively dissolving the tiny protrusions on the surface of the stainless steel plate. This principle is a little bit kind of chemical polishing. Compared with chemical polishing, electrolytic polishing can eliminate the influence of cathode reactions, and the effect is better.
