As we all know, stainless steel has the characteristics of high hardness, corrosion resistance, and low maintenance costs. It is often used as an indoor building material. The Guangzhou Trendy Building we are cooperating with this time also needs us to make a stainless steel column-clad solution for it.

The overall architectural style of Trendy Building is modern and simple. However, as the main load-bearing body, it is scattered in various places in the lobby, which is particularly awkward. We use fully mirror-polished stainless steel plates as the main material for round columns.

We have a fully automated mirror grinding production line. The production line mainly includes equipment such as belt sanding machines, flat oil hair machines, pneumatic direct-coupled mirror machines, cleaning and drying machines, and laminating machines. Eight sets of grinding heads perform rough and fine grinding of stainless steel plates respectively. Various series of stainless steel plates with a thickness below 3.0mm undergo fully automatic grinding and polishing processes on the production line and can achieve 6k/8k/10k mirror standards.

After the round columns are wrapped with mirror stainless steel, the mirror stainless steel columns are no longer obtrusive and the overall space becomes open and bright. It also enhances the high-end feel of the overall decoration.
