This is the first project completed together in 2023. It is located in a community in Nanhai district, Foshan city. On an area of about 100 square meters, the developer wants to build three or four corridors at random intervals so that residents of the community can rest in the shade while doing activities in the community.

We customized a solution for it. Considering the current construction environment problems, all components of the gallery frame were prefabricated and processed in the factory and then assembled on-site.

Each corridor is made of 2-meter-long stainless steel plates welded into arc-shaped square tubes. A total of five sets of square tubes are needed. These five groups of square passes can form a circle around the planned area. This square tube with curvature is very difficult to process. The curvature of each square tube is manually adjusted by our experienced masters, and the values of each group of square tubes are kept consistent so that the designer’s blueprint can be accurately pieced together.

After the vertical square tube has been positioned, a circular stainless steel tube is placed horizontally at the bottom, middle, and top. Through inlay, it can be fixed into a cylindrical shape with a large bottom space and a small top space, just like a small pavilion.
