1、 Appropriate lubricants have obvious effects on the stretching and bending of stainless steel welded pipes. The lubricant can form a film with certain toughness and elongation between the convex and concave dies, which is beneficial to the stretching and bending of stainless steel welded pipes.

2、For stainless steel welded pipe stretched parts with a large degree of tensile deformation and difficult bending and forming polyvinyl fluoride film can be used as a lubricant in actual production. Polyvinyl fluoride film has excellent tear strength, certain toughness, and elongation and is easy to clean. After coating the dry film, the dry film can deform together with the blank during the drawing process, and can always separate the blank from the mold. In addition, the film itself has a certain porosity and a large number of fiber cracks, but it can also store a certain amount of lubricating oil equivalent to a dry film lubricant. This lubrication method can effectively isolate the deformed stainless steel industrial welded pipe from the surface of the mold, and the lubrication effect is good, which is conducive to improving the service life of the mold and the pass rate of the finished product.

3、In addition, there are other simple preventive measures such as using white cast iron as the blank holder mold, because white cast iron has good oil storage performance and is easy to form a lubricating oil film. Another example is the use of a tapered blank holder which smoothing the edge of the workpiece and removing micro-cracks can also effectively prevent cracking.
