1) Different types of products
Machined parts are finished products directly processed by machining centers or lathe equipment from raw materials (such as round steel, iron blocks, etc.)
The sheet metal parts are formed by using plates (such as aluminum plates, iron plates, stainless steel plates, pattern plates, etc.) after being cut by LASER or NC machine tools, and then bent, punched, fitter tapped, welded and welded to form products.
2) The production method is different
Sheet metal parts are fabricated by filament power winding, laser cutting, heavy machining, metal bonding, metal drawing, plasma cutting, precision welding, roll forming, sheet metal bending, die forging, and water jet cutting.
Machined parts mainly include manual processing and numerical control processing.CNC machining includes machining centers, turning and milling centers, wire EDM equipment, thread-cutting machines, etc. The vast majority of machine shops use CNC machining technology. Manual processing refers to the method of processing various materials by mechanical workers manually operating mechanical equipment such as milling machines, lathes, drilling machines, and sawing machines.
